Core, Glutes, & Calm Power Yoga is a circuit-style power yoga class where we work hard and breathe deep. Using intentional poses designed to build core strength, sculpt the glutes, and strengthen the entire body, this class challenging, extremely fun, and relaxing! Each session ends with a soothing meditation to help you reset and restore. Bring your water bottle, your sweat towel, and come ready to work that body!
